About Candice

I’m a holistic registered psychotherapist who supports adult clients while they get honest and rediscover who they are through connection-centered curiosity, nervous system regulation and emotional courage.

Let me tell you how I landed here.

I worked in the beauty industry for over a decade in Toronto. I played at all the hot spots, I met cool people, I had interesting conversations and I made new friends. That was a fun time in my life and I reflect on it often. I didn’t know it then, but I didn’t just make people feel beautiful. I was a confidant, a guide, a creator, just a few of the many roles one becomes when you work in a client-centered industry. I’ve dried tears and given heartfelt hugs. I held and nurtured CONNECTION and conversation. Basically, I was already a therapist.

I graduated from York University with a degree in Fine Art and Cultural Studies and studied spiritual psychotherapy post grad at Transformational Arts College in Toronto graduating in 2015. Psychotherapy is where the clinical aspects and the practicalities of life intersect with the idea that we are a part of something much bigger and that when lean into our innate intuition, awareness and growth awaken and this is where the work begins that leads to feeling aligned inside.

I move in truth, curiosity, courage, integrity and happiness. These are the values I hold that are the foundation for the life I share with my husband and our two elementary-aged girls. Outside of the clinic you can find me buried in a book, sweatin’ in the sauna, listening to podcasts and music, and soaking up all the time I can get with the people I love.
